Jeehye and Luke’s wedding was my first wedding of 2022. This means it is both an exciting and nervous time for me, because wedding season ended in the fall, so it has been a couple of months since I photographed a wedding. But it turns out I was nervous for nothing. Their wedding was absolutely a dream. They have wonderful vendors, a perfect timeline and the weather was surprisingly decent for February. Their Distillery 244 wedding was perfect!
I have to say that one of my favorite parts of their wedding day was the first looks. Yes, plural! Jeehye had two first looks. One with her dad and one with Luke, and both were so beautiful and emotional for all parties involved. You’ll just have to check the photos out for yourself.
The other part I loved, was their rooftop photos. Since they had so much time planned into their timeline, we had an extra 15 minutes. So wanting to use every second I could, I persuaded them to come with me to the garage rooftop. And oh my. Those images are my absolute favorite!! The sunbathed city in the background, the two of them just beaming at each other. I just can’t get enough. I love it so much!
Their family also knows how to party! I included quite a few party photos, which I don’t always include in my blog posts, but they were just such a fun group.
