Haley & Jason | Married

They finally did it!!! I say that, because their original wedding date was waayyyy back in March. This wedding was also my first wedding that got rescheduled due to COVID-19. So when I say they finally did it, it is after long months of stressing, replanning and just hoping that their new June date would work out. And I am so glad it did!

Their wedding took place in oldtown Wichita, at Distillery 244. It was beautiful, simple and elegant. They had one the most emotional first looks that I have every photographed. Haley surprised Jason with a first look with his beautiful daughters first, where they gave him a video message from Haley to watch as Haley walked up behind him. It was so sweet, it had everyone, including me and the videographers, tearing up.

We were a bit worried about the time of day when we would be taking their portraits, the sun would have still been super high in the sky and very bright. Lucky for us though, wispy clouds started to move in which gave such beautiful light and gave us the perfect exposure to the city scapes for their sunset shots. Besides it being so humid, due to the storm moving in, I could not complain. It was pretty perfect.

Also, are they not just #couplegoals?! They are so gorgeous and you can just tell they are head over heels for each other. So happy I was able to capture your wedding day (finally). Congratulations Hayley and Jason!
