Chelsea and Nick planned for the perfect winter wedding. One of the last days of February, she had a complete indoor wedding planned at the Hudson and one of the most winter-esque dress I have ever photographed. This dress had one of the LONGEST trains I have ever seen on a dress and looked like it was straight out of a Victorian magazine. Just beautiful. What we really needed was some actual winter! But it ended up being this really warm and windy February day.
This warm February day didn’t ruin their perfect wedding plans at the Hudson, though I was sweating. I was also anticipating more of a cold day, especially after the terrible freeze out we had barely two weeks ago. Chelsea had picked these romantic dark and muted greens with muted reds. I honestly wish it would have snowed, because all of these gorgeous colors would have looked amazing in the snow. Her bridal details were soooo pretty, that red and vintage gold?? LOVE IT. Chelsea also has excellent taste in shoes, because she had the cutest bridal shoes, would totally steal them from her.
One of my favorite parts of the entire day was the flower gir… Sorry, the flower man. I have never seen flowers being thrown so enthusiastically and so dramatically. I am not sure what his actual career is, but he definitely missed an opportunity with being a professional flower petal thrower. Just check out the pictures!
