August weddings are normally very hot for me and I was expecting the same for this Round Barn wedding. But it ended up being like a late September day, which is just perfect. It had rained lightly in the morning and was just cloudy enough to keep the sun out of eyes, but not enough to not get that glowy light.

Shelby and Dave really had the most perfect day for their wedding day and I am so happy they finally got to say their I do’s after so such a stressful summer of rescheduling their original spring wedding. This was my first time photographing at the Round Barn Ranch, and it was a very unique and cool venue. If you are looking for a rustic look to your next event, this is perfect. Their burgundy and dusty rose palette wedding was perfect for this August wedding.

One of my favorite moments from their day is how they wanted their fur-baby, Tucker, there and part of the day. It was so sweet. Also, those flower girls had some serious sass throwing those rose petals. Check it out!
